SORO Design was approached to design three single-family homes within a private boutique community—the first of its kind in the Baltimore region. The objective was to seamlessly integrate natural materials with modern architecture, creating a juxtaposition that allows the residences to stand out against the wooded backdrop while preserving the romantic essence of the site. Breaking the mould of the typical Baltimore suburbs aesthetic, these homes set a new standard for the area. SORO DESIGN designed all aspects of the architecture and interiors for these homes, resulting in a harmonious and distinctive aesthetic. This project marked the beginning of a close relationship with the clients and has since led to three additional collaborative projects within the DC region.
